I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location was perfect for the private event I attended nearby. The service provided was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room amenities were top-notch, with tea and coffee facilities and a cozy sitting area. The kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and utensils, making it easy for me to prepare my own meals. The dining area was spacious and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and valued. The leisure facilities were also a great addition, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day.

Beautiful location by a stream, stunning surroundings, all necessary amenities in one spot. Perfect for families or groups looking for a nature-based break with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen is fully equipped and the staff members are friendly and helpful. The surroundings are just amazing, and the perfect atmosphere to relax.

The price is not always optimal, especially if you have a tight budget. There were some cleanliness issues in the room that needed improvement since they could affect the quality of your sleep.

The accommodation was in close proximity to a private event we attended in Hamurana as well as to the attractions we wanted to see. the hotel was located right by a stream providing a lovely scenic view. the room was well-appointed with outstanding cleanliness, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

There was a minor issue with the handrail on the bunk bed which needed tightening.

Easy to get around and explore the area from this spot. Lots of options for dining nearby and great walks. the staff were amazing, always happy to help and offer suggestions for activities. Loved the complimentary kayaks and the fact that they cater to families with a playground and games room.

The room was a bit basic but realistically, you get what you pay for. the communal kitchen could have been a bit cleaner, but we did appreciate the fact that it was well-equipped and had everything we needed to cook our own meals.
